Pretty but not spectacular
Two things I do not like about this faucet. One when you wash your face water gets everywhere. I never experienced this before so it must be how the faucet sits in the sink. Second for the cold water side only turning the water off you have to turn it back and forth for the water flow to stop. Look wise it is pretty.

Very Nice, but drain pull hits wall
Beautiful faucet, nice and substantial, quality. My only problem was that the drain pull comes out at too much of an angle and hits the backsplash on the wall. I can't use the drain, had to buy a pop up.. aside from that I love it.

Bad Rod Lift
My contractor installed this faucet with the rod lift. The rod lift is almost impossible to lift and once it does, the paint is scraped off the rod. The contractor adjusted multiple time with no luck of correcting the issue. So, I have an expensive faucet with the rod lift that is not working and with paint scraped off down to the metal. The cost of this faucet one would think it would work properly. I guess I need to replace the rod lift then not use it. The faucet was purchased from a plumbing supply house.

What is the diameter of the cap at the base of the handles? We are replacing a faucet that has a 2 1/4 inch cap so it nees to be at least that size or larger.

I have the Trinsic bath faucet (Model #3559-MPU-DST) and wonder if the Lahara tub filler trim (Model #T2738) will work with the Trinsic valve
Thank you for your question, jay0508! A roman tub trim is not designed to work with a lavatory valve assembly as this valve would not produce the same flow rate capable of filling a tub. Also the spout on this model is not compatible. We recommend the R2707 Flexible Rough Mount for a roman tub trim.

When I install the lift rod and strap, the strap is tight against the nut/wrench assembly from the faucet install. So tight it prevents lifting/lowering the lift rod. Essentially same w/ wrench removed, the faucet bolt in the way. What am I doing wrong??
Thank you for your question, Anthony! I'm sorry for any confusion and we would be happy to help. The pivot nut must be hand-tight only. If this is too tight, it will apply too much pressure against the gasket inside, causing the lift rod to hit the back of the tail piece. Try loosening the nut until the rod moves freely and please know it is normal to see some exposed threading in this area.

I just installed these and the water pressure isn’t as good as other locations in the House is there adjustments that can be made?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Trinsic Lavatory 3559-MPU-DST faucet is designed with a flow rate of 1.2 GPM at 60 PSI. If you are getting a lesser flow than that, we would advised removing and cleaning the aerator in the end of the spout. You may also want to flush out the valve body, so that these parts do last as long as possible. Please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket.
Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp.
Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket. Turn on the cold supply valve full.
Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply.
Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time.
Move handle to off position.
Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves.

I just installed this faucet in my bathroom, the cold and hot water handles should turn towards each other to turn the water on but they both turn to the right, so my hot water handle points strait forward. How can I fix this?
